Job Responsibilities:

  1. Customer on-site product testing, installation, maintenance troubleshooting.
  2. Receive and assist in solving various on-site technical problems encountered by customers, and timely and accurately feed back on-site information to the sales and R&D departments.
  3. Product installation and use training.
  4. Complete the customer inspection plan formulated by the technical support department and submit the inspection report in time.
  5. Maintain customer relationship and give feedback on customer satisfaction.
  6. Organize, summarize and report customer information.
  7. Responsible for the production of delivery equipment and software configuration list.
  8. Responsible for the preparation of the technical plan part of the proposal.

Job Requirements:

  1. Mechatronics or automation control related majors, graduated from mechanical or electronic majors, engaged in mechanical and electronic product maintenance and assembly;
  2. Experience in maintenance of mechanical and electrical products is preferred; experience in rail transit industry is preferred;
  3. Familiar with related image software such as CAD drawing and Photoshop;
  4. Have a strong sense of customer service, be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints, and have strong coordination skills
  5. Good language expression and communication skills, practical and responsible work, able to bear hardships and stand hard work
  6. Strong learning ability, able to quickly understand the performance and use of the company’s products, and provide support and guidance for users.

  2. Understand computer network knowledge, and have a comprehensive understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, etc.

  4. Have a strong sense of customer service, be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints, and have strong coordination skills.
  5. Good language expression and communication skills, practical and responsible work, able to bear hardships and stand hard work.
  6. Strong learning ability, able to quickly understand the performance and use of the company’s products, and provide support and guidance for users.
  7. Strong on-site hands-on ability, customer service orientation, good communication, problem analysis and solution ability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Experience in foreign market development and business development.
  2. Familiar with the situation of major economic powers in Europe and North America.
  3. Familiar with import and export business processes and laws and regulations.
  4. Proficient in English, fluent in oral and written languages, and knowledge of French is preferred.
  5. Have 3-5 years of industry experience in the sports or building materials industry, and have certain customer resources.
  6. Resources such as building material wholesale markets, sports wholesale distributors, schools, and agriculture are preferred, and overseas experience is preferred.

Job Requirements:

International position, responsible for overseas trade business follow-up, according to project needs, can visit customers around the world.
